SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

  • First Bite Cookies ships all orders throughout the United States using UPS, USPS and FEDEX as our third-party shipping carriers.

  • Orders are only shipped nationwide, using ground, two-day, ground saver, and 5-day shipping on Mondays-Fridays. *Please note that during peak times and seasons, shipping may be slightly delayed due to shipping carrier delay, large volumes, etc.  

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST won’t be counted for shipping the same day.

  • Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order. 

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING GUARANTEE

  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.

  • UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. 

  • First Bite Cookies is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

  • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex.

  • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

  • During peak holiday season in the months of November through February and during sale days, orders will process in the order in which they are placed. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us via email firstbitecookiecompany@gmail.com or give us a call at 1-310-488-8172.

  • First Bite Cookies is not responsible for any UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex delivery delays due to the high volume that UPS, USPS or Fed Ex experiences during the year.

LOCAL PICK UP IN NORWALK, CA.

First Bite Cookies is now offering Pickup in Norwalk, CA. Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. Please place your order online and reach out to firstbitecookiecompany@gmail.com to schedule your pickup. Pick up dates are scheduled based on availability. Pick up orders not obtained within 7 business days will be forfeited and no refunds will be granted.

PRE-ORDER

First Bite Cookies offered a variety of pre-order items throughout the year. When both pre-order and in stock items are ordered together, everything will ship with the pre-order item when it becomes available. If you would like your non pre-order items to ship sooner, please contact our Customer Service team to set up another shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.  

BULK ORDERS

If you are planning to order a large number of product/products (5 dozen or more) please reach out to firstbitecookiecompany@gmail.com for proper bulk pricing. Bulk orders placed through the website may be subject to additional shipping and processing fees which may hold up your order. 

RETURNS

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, First Bite Cookies does not accept returns. 

  • There are no returns or exchanges on any products including non-perishable items. 

  • First Bite Cookie will not issue any refund, credit, or re-order. Free items are not eligible for replacement or refund. 

  • If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact firstbitecookiecompany@gmail.com within 2 days of when the package was received and provide a photo of both product and shipping box and a detailed description of the issue and order number, we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your First Bite Cookies experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48-hour delivery window or without proper photos and order number will not be eligible for return, refund or reship. 

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Orders may not be cancelled once order is placed, order number is provided, and payment is collected. Orders that already have a generated tracking number are also unable to be cancelled. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule. Custom and bulk orders are unable to be cancelled once placed. 

SPECIAL ORDERS AND LARGE QUANTITIES

When ordering quantities greater than 5 dozen cookies or any customizations, please place your order at least 5 business days prior to your desired pick up or 2 weeks prior to your desired shipment arrival date. Orders not placed within this time frame of desired delivery or pick up dates are subject to rush fees.
